BOLGHERI ROSSO MAGNETIC

Bolgheri Rosso Magnetic, made from Cabernet Franc grapes of the oldest piece of land, grew in our historical vineyard on the Bolgherese way and it represents our modern interpretation of wine history.

Magnetic is aged in cocciopesto amphora and represents the varietal character, the purity and the essence of this wine variety which finds in the Bolgheri area one of its highest expression. In our perspective we want to reinterpret the present harking back to the past.

First Vintage produced: 2019
Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Franc.
Vineyard Site: Vigna del Bruciato.
Training System: Cordon spur.
Yield: 1000 gr per plant.
Vinification: manual harvesting, natural fermentation in small vats with indigenous yeasts and 18-days maceration in contact with the skins.
Aging: 12 months in cocciopesto amphora.
Colour: garnet ruby red.
Nose: spicy, citrus fruits with woos and typical Mediterranean bushes notes.
Taste: fresh with tasty tannin, fine and persistent. The cocciopesto aging gives to the wine an unique character in which the fruit is integrated perfectly with the typical Mediterranean bushes notes.
Alcohol: 14,5 %.
Food Pairing: traditional dishes, cheeses, cold cuts and meet courses.
Service Temperature: 14-16° C.
